I've got an Artesania Latina Endeavor for which I've nothing to measure the various pieces of planking. I've not got any knowledge of millimeters so I need some help. Here are the dimension of a few planks that which I have that I can't tell one from the other:

0.6x5x135 - Fore and aft step planking
    0.6x5x110 - Forecastle deck planking
    0.6x5x170 - Waist deck planking
    0.6x5x300 - Poop deck planking

Can you tell me what each of the dimensions mean. I've got a ruler that contains millimeter dimensions but I can't seem to determine the differences.

I appreciate any and all help any of you may be able to provide.

    Thank you.

Hi, if size is millimeters it would be:
    0,024x0,2x5,4 inch
    0,024x0,2x4,4 inch
    0,024x0,2x6,8 inch
    0,024x0,2x12 inch
wich doesn't make sence unless your building a model ship.....
To convert millimeters to inch you just divide by 25 as 1 inch = 25 mm (or 25,4 to be exact).

    Suede,

Yes, I am building a model, the Endeavor. Is the last or larger dimension the length or not. You see, with the dimensions I've got in the kit I'm not sure whether they are width, depth or length. The majority of what I call planking is basically all the same length. Thanks.

Plank thickness X Plank width X Plank length
