Is it best to build a permanent tanks and pumps instead of portable one?

Which is the best to use?

 

tanks and pumps for what? Need more data.

 

1.) Water treatmnent tank - water comes from the shower rooms, head and sink.
2.) Water pumps for A/C units, bilge tanks
3.) fresh water supply tanks (for drinking and use for cooking)
4.) fresh water tanks for washing
5.) is submersible pumps are advisable???

Certainly there are submersible pumps. Many bilge pumps are submersible. I wouldn't use a submersible pump in fresh water tanks, but I see no problem with waste tanks or sumps.

If you are going to be using the boat a lot I would go with a permanent electric pump. If just an occasional use a hand pump would work fine.
