Anyone know anything about the Cary 19 1968 Hull# 43 ?? How good of a boat is this, it seems a lot of old timers really like this boat. Currently I have cut the floor out removed all the hardware, center console, redone the transom and replaced the front floor section with core board, replaced the gas tank relocating it under the floor and have decided not to refoam out the boat because all the foam I removed was water logged I had to replace some of the stringers really only the ones running cross ways and where they meet the transom. I will post some PICS this weekend to show my progress.

Hey I am really glad I found this website. I have a 19' Cary center console. It is a 1970 and has a 150 suzuki 2 stroke. It runs normally 54-55 and I have had it 58 on flat water and empty. I would love to talk to some people who own, or have seen another one of these boats as this is the only one i have ever seen like it. My dad owned this exact boat over 21 year ago. He sold it to start up his business. I found the boat and bought it back.

    1970 Cary 19ft center console.

Here some pics of my boat when I first got it so it looks a little rough right now. I really want to see some pictures of yours. Can I have your email address? Mine is highrollinmopars@yahoo.com. I have alot of questions that you might be able to help me answer. I need to put a new transom in the boat and I see that you have done so. Any advice would be a great help. Did you do all of the work yourself?

    19' Cary Center Console

Hey I talked Mr. Cary's son and he had provided me a good deal of info on this boat that I otherwise would never have known. He was kind enough even email me a copy of the 1969 sales brochure for the 19' Cary, a test brochure from Mercury where the boat had a trial run on "lakeX" with a 125 Merc, and then I have a picture of the last 19' Cary that he had been in. A really super guy. I attached the two brochures he sent me but you have to open it up in another folder to view them.
