I am keen to develop a kitset form of an existing class of racing dinghy for home/amatuer builders. The Dinghy is a 13ft hard chine sailing dinghy and must adhere to tight tolerences within the class rules.
What would be the easiest/cheapest method of construction that would still produce a fairly accurate hull? Plywood is the obvious choice for materials.
