    Hi everyone.

    this is my problem. I have to evaluate some results from an inclining experiment.

    the
    Lbp = 159.8
    draught AFT da was 4.684m
    draught MID dm was 4.694m
    draught FWD df was 4.872m
    TRIM = 0.188

    based on these we get a mean draught = (da+df)/2 = 4.778m

    Using the even Keel hydrostatic data for the mean draught i obtain LCF, MCTC, TCP, Displacement etc.

    do i have to correct the displacement for TRIM? if yes what is the formula i have to use?

    Please advice, thanks

    What kind of boat is this?

    As I understand, you don't want any trim on the boat.is that right?

    If trim is sufficient to change form characteristics from the displacement and other curves drawing, it will be necessary to calculate displacement, position of metacenter, and longitudinal center of buoyancy corresponding to actual draft and trim. Otherwise it is not necessary to calculate the trim.
