?

Do you believe

  1. Global Warming is occuring as a direct result of Human Activity.

Hmmm... does anybody really check up if radio and communication frequency help and contributed to the ozon layer depletion? I mean energy in frequency can break down the unstable tri- oxygen O3 ? This can be interesting as we denial of the fact radio and communication increase proportional to world population... could this be the real cause of the condition we are fated to disscuss and overlooked?.....?.....? :):):)

Do your research westie. There is plenty of documented, peer reviewed research to describe in detail the chemical reactions that give rise to the event.

If you are going to pontificate, do so from a basis of solid reading and proper research from academic resources where expertise in that field is acknowledged by peers. ie climate review from climatologists, not weather forecasters or storm chasers (different field of knowledge).

Else qualify as your own personal biased unresearched opinion is OK

Mhmm... thought read this about in Indonesian website but couldnt remember which... I will post if remember... I am not a researcher in this field but contribute a perhaps because if electric storm create O3 then couldnt a frequency break down O3? Needednt get neck tight about the issue masalai unless u have mountain of information beside telling jokes... :)

Sorry westie, cooled down a bit although it is hot and sticky outside with no cooling breeze. My research took 3 to 4 years, starting with a vicarious interest in the storm-chasers to find out more on what & why the weather happens, moved on to the observe professionals to see what they had learnt, even to the reports and analysis of your (US) hurricane flyers, then to researchers on climatology. All different fields of expertise. Not only in US but here in Australia/NZ/Antarctica and European sources to get a global knowledge base and gathering process (Thanks to the internet).

I still can't forecast for ****, but I know what to look for in long term trends on climatology. The "ozone hole" is a chemical process made worse by cfc's and some other chemicals that get into the upper atmosphere (no expert but have read and understand the processes.) I don't know anyone who has literally been up there to do the chemistry, but the experts seem to have simulated it in chambers in labs.

Jokes and drivel are for entertainment (Mine too) as TV is puerile and mind numbing. Drivel challenges the mind as does an occasional outburst. Yhanks for the opportunity.

If you do 50 years of research in one place and from their point of view then that is what you will believe.

There was a time when people were told the earth is flat. Most believed that. Today only people's heads are flat. Flat enough to always adapt to the kind of thinking others want you to.

well, if I am not able to have a son through trying over 10 yrs then I would try almost every possible chance beside listening to second opinion from a same doctor for ten years ... right?:D

I must warn you... doctors burry their mistakes, but what does that have to do with global warming and having children ?

The point I'm making is that people does research and believe 'the facts' without looking furter. I'm also suggesting that some so called researched facts from before takes a turn when someone else comes along and question the truth behind the truth.

If the media is used it has the effect of changing plenty people's mind. Some years ago when they invented margarine they had heaps of programmes to show people how healthy it is and how bad butter is. Recently they proved all that wrong again to get people to buy more butter. Wanna bet margarine will become healthier than butter again ?

Well Westie if it's all about radio waves then best we close down the internet - NOW! Well that's 'im out of the way now to the real reason, as anybody knows it was the invention of the dam infernal bow and arrow wot started it all - I mean if God had wanted us to let go of the bloody spears he would not have given us hands that could grasp them so easily would he?

If it is true then we have a hell of a lot to gain by acting NOW................if it is not true then the world will still be a far better place with less energy consuption and a cleaner overal enviroment.....

I suppose Safie that is why he gave man a dick, - something to play with. Is that why people who talk without due research are called "*******" except, they have forgotten it is their dick they are supposed to be playing with not talking about it.????

Year Idler, seems "W" is still in denial & can't find his dick. as I mentioned earlier, it is important enough for some 17000 to gather in Bali, Indonesia to seek ways to implement remedial actions.

As friend gamage is finding out, things happen very sloooowly within bureaucracies. Therefore a bit of self preparation is not a bad idea. Bunkers are a waste of time, but ability to live very LOW-Tech cannot hurt. Learn to use less power/energy, be self sufficient in food growing, don't rely on being able to replace technology as it fails.

It is surprising how comfortably a family can live without all the "must have" convenience technology. Go and check out what some of the TRUE wandering cruising yachties who live 24/7/52 on their boats CRUISING and not in Marinas except to clean the boats bum & major work when they cannot find a convenient beach in a remote beauty spot.

He DID get word. from the only authority to claim to know the future as I have suggested elsewhere! You can read the bible if you wish to use it as a source!
