If smilies were 50 cents each Korvello would be using on average about 8 to 10 American dollars per post.

Actually I don't know what a smily wearing sunglasses means. I certainly don't understand what 5 of them in a row means.

I know what one with its tounge sticking out is,---its what kids do. My 3 year old nephew does that when he cant get the words he wants.

Interesting Pshycological observations of an individual using visual assistance to communicate in a language not of his mother tounge. I couldnt do that!! smilies or not.

Jeff had better fill up the smiley dispenser we are running short on the sunglasses.

Korvello,Yes thats much better. A much better coordinated post. Might I suggest a cup of hot sweet tea and a coconut biscuit with hundreds and thousands sprinkled lightly on the top.

I think your right . I think something should be done to help Gamage Your kind sympathy for people unemployed in the far East is touching. Perhaps you could invite Gamage and his family over to your house for a few weeks stay and you could allow your self to be a guarantor for Gamage to obtain a green card and full employment in the USA, just like what you have obviously managed to do. You will no doubt be a mine of helpfull information to Gamage in this respect. Could you deny him this simple assistance?

Being a hard working honest and tenacious individual,-- yet unemployed, he would be up on his feet in no time . He would only be there for 6 months or so till you could get him a mortgage. Im sure he would be delighted at your kind offer.

I speak for myself but Im sure that others would join me in giving you full moral support and advice ( although I don't know much about America).

No I don't. I have been here for quite a while. I usually don't call people' names, but to clear, I'm more than willing to make an exception for you, and call you by the proper monicker for types like: *****.

Really? You really need to read the thread again. I began to be aggressive towards you, when you wouldn't take no for an answer, and you _demanded_ respect. So give it a rest, tosser.

Again, where do you get those clichés from? So, when people give up on on arguing with, say, a conspiracy nutter who keeps rehashing the same argument and twist his opponents words, then they have lost the argument, and the nutter - by extention - have won it? That simply isn't true. But I guess it's easy to believe so in a monochrome world.

    See above.

"not the sharpest tool in the shed" was meant metaphorically. I must admit, though, that I'm not even sure it's a saying in english.

Why should I list things that makes me think I'm smart, since I never said I thought I was smart? And what's that with listing things I have done, that shows my intelligence? You think you can make up a claim, claim that it's mine, and then ask me to proof that imaginary quote to you?

Btw, my IQ is high enough to understand I'm not clever or smart enough. Is that precise enough?

Geez, you're not even close to what I meant. If he isn't using this a scene to stage a fight, I don't know what is. Maybe you ought to read less into what people are saying, and listen to what they're actually saying instead.
Do I need to remind you, that you – once again - are confirming my arguments? This time you confirm how you will twist my words and deem no measure big enough, as long as you get to troll these waters. Yes, pun intended.

An utter lie. That is indeed not what I said. The only way you can get to that is by making a false assumption and then add another one on top of that. But hey, yet again, you certainly are doing well when it comes to "convicting" yourself (metaphorically speaking, of course).

    Read the above.

Oh, great, now you're calling me elitist and insinuate I'm a racist. And your "proof" is an unsubstantiated claim that I at some point said that california is bad (which I didn't). Nice one.

I never said I was "smart". I told you, that you couldn't play your victim-card when you tried to pull off the auld "I'm just a common man, where as you are educated, take pity on me". Boohoo, don't I feel sorry for you.

What you don't get (well, why should you - you propably weren't around when it happened), I really enjoy a good discussion, with all what it takes of eagerness, shouting and what have we, if it's something we really care about. But this isn't anything like that. Because on top of all this, you're twisting my words - and not even very eloquently, I might add. And that, laddy, doesn't really do it for me. It's not even fun, just idiotic.

I hope you're done now. Because you have continously claimed that "loved" namecalling, and although I knew it was sarcasm, I can now see how all this is staged so you can wallow in you self-proclaimed role as a victim.

    I'm back – thanks, Frosty.

I've been on this computer too for a while today (actually night - it's 9.30 am now) - backing up and installing Leopard, which came out today. I'm not sure if it was worth the money – I hope it will grow on me.

I don't know if tosser is too strong a term. I met these people from Liverpool a few years back, and they used it constantly. But I guess one has to take into account that they're from – Liverpool …
Anyway, I like the word. I think it's a word that has some bite, yet at the same time the sound of it (try saying it aloud) is almost childish and cute. I like that in a word.

I hope it's good fun at the pub :)

ok FROST tea is just fine with me and thank you for your sugestion , but really i was expecting more from you ! you're closer than i am why don't you try to help him or do you think this is all a scam,at least i've offered my simpaties to the guy and with the exception of a couple of other ,some of you guys just laugh at it ,i guess you're entitled to it ,but as i said repeteadly before ,you're wrong and what you're doing is wrong and disrespectfull ,this is GAMAGE thread and i supose that there isn't much he can do.....if it was one of you i dare to say you'd cursed everybody out by now at least a lot of name calling from DANISH AS USUAL .but maybe from this we'll find who's who ,nothing like some name calling to see what one is made off., from the mouth it usually comes what's inside ...really ...DANISH MAYBE WISHED HE WOULD TAKE SOME OF IS WORDS BACK BUTT EVERYTIME HE SPEAKS HE STICKS HIS FOOT IN HIS MOUTH AGAIN...go back DANISH and read your post slowly and you'll see that what i said was exacty what you meant now you're the smart one here please don't forget that and act like it and at least assume responsability for what you wrote or there is other problem ...bad memory, the name calling maybe just an evil impulse not really you, etc.etc. STILL WAITING ON YOUR QUALIFICATIONS TO CALL OTHERS DUMB AND NOT A SHARP TOOL ?:?:

Let's take the last bit first:

"My" qualifications are simple observation. You have dug yourself into this. But okay, if you truly dislike being called "not the sharpest tool", I guess just plain old "tool" will suffice. Good enough for ya?

Then you write this load of bollocks:

The thing is, you being repititive doesn't make you right. And you have been given the reasoning behind not jumping on the bandwagon before, yet you choose to ignore that, and simply parrot yourself, now making that parroting into an argument all in itself.

It's funny how that hypocrasy shines long and bright in your half of the court: Correct me if I'm wrong, but have it not been several pages since you took charge and hi-jacked this thread on behalf of of Gamage? Gamage doesn't even answer, when I asked him if he was asking me a question.

Ah, yes, cursing. The old time favourite "I cannot talk with someone who curses" yadda, yadda. Read this post of mine, if you want further explanation on the matter:

    http://boatdesign.net/forums/showpost.php?p=82759&postcount=16

Not even close. I am well aware of what I am saying. And when I'm in doubt whether I use the correct words, I usually say so, explain it, or otherwise make it clear. I have said nothing I'm not fully behind. And unlike certain others, I have been consistent in my arguments, if I dare say so myself.

LOL, you really are a joke.

"assume responsibility"? In what sense? You want to sue me, because I called you a tosser, or what are you on about? As I said, I butted in when you _demanded_ respect.

And why _are_ you so repititive? Do you think that by your continual repitition and play on some imaginary quote that I somewhere said I was smart, that it somehow will come true? Do you really need that quote so bad, in order for you to maintain your victimhood?

Yes, I can see that the mind can play some terrible tricks on people.

I guess, though, that all of this is - once again - wasted effort. I might as well just make some random clicks, as you are very good at simply making things up. I guess that _is_ much easier.

And you wonder why I called you "not the sharpest tool in the shed"!?

There's is absolutely _nothing_ in that quote that support anything you have said. On the contrary.
That quote is rather directly saying, that the "battle" between gamage and his ex-employer on this site is part of the fighting. And to be honest, it almost goes without saying, doesn't it: Why even bring it up on a website, asking for action, if it were not to fight a battle?

And the rest of my comment? Could you expand on what that supposedly could support within the boundaries o your argumentation? That has been my argument all along. That you cannot _demand_ that we take action, that we respect the wishes of gamage and you, when things are all but transparent.

I am _amazed_ you're quoting a post that so support what I have been saying all along, and contradict the very thing you're trying to prove with the quote.
