    Hello guys,
Does anybody know a good place to laser cur MDF frames for a plug? I have searched the forum and found a couple of places. Also any company that has a large table 4x2m or bigger?

    Anywhere in Europe will do.

    Thanks for your help.

A CNC router for cutting MDF will be better. We have used a Laser to cut plywood which worked well but we routinely use CNC routers for that purpose. Unfortunately, we are in North America and don't know anyone in Europe

I was under the impression that laser cutting was cheaper because it is faster. I could be wrong, but would be good to know for the future since it is proving a bit difficult to get anyone with suitable laser cutter.

    Thank you

Cutting MDF with a router is like a hot knife through butter. I would go the CNC router path.

Just to complete the thread. I got the frames laser cut. There was no price difference between router and laser for 18mm thickness. Laser gives you more options with regards to internal corners.

The other thing is that 8x4ft was the maximum I could find. The problem was not the laser table size but the actual mdf supply.

    Hope it is usefull

It was in the UK. I asked many companies and they all said the same pretty much.
