    Divorce forces sale. Property and business. We have molds, equipment, tools, and over 8 yrs at same location with outstanding local reputation. Across from all the marinas. Molds inc complete tooling for a 25', 16'7", and a 24' race hull ( needs work for this mold) All others are perfect. andready to run. 25' has new liner and other small parts. The shop is aprox. 5000 sf zoned ind. and fronts on US 1. A turn key opperation with web site, and customer base. Repair business is a real money maker.
