That's a new level of ugliness for the RN eh Bergalia, looks like the top of one ship stuck on the hull of a much smaller one! Not like some of the stuff in our day eh (silly awld bugger) The 'Battles' really looked something and as for (I hate to admit it) 'Tribals' they looked the works too!

Ah the Tribals. My old 'Nubian' below...But typical of the RN, she was 'born' 1962 - and ended her days in 1987 (used as a target...but it took an hour's shooting before she sank...God bless her.)

Jeeesus I nearly had a heart attack then. I foolishly though walruss had posted a picture. Ohh thatle be the day. I think his 4 year old has to switch it on for him and boot it up.

Walrus thinks that booting it means moving it to the other side of the room -------. Probably what happened to his last machine he booted it out of the window because it didnt turn on like a light bulb.

Yes, a beautiful piece of work.

Looks very much like the 'Haikou' commisioned in 2005 - a type 052C destroyer of the Lanzhou class, built by the People's Republic of China. Two Type 052C's have been built by Jiangnan Shipyard of Shanghai, based on the same hull of the Type 052B (Guangzhou class).

But I may be wrong. :)
