    Naval Ship Design / Marine Engineer – Principal ($90) DC, NYC, Newport News

    Works independently or on project teams Able to lead project to manage medium naval architecture projects Able to manage cost, schedule and technical product development Able to supervise junior to senior staff on projects or teams Performs quality assurance review of complex analyses, calculations and drawings developed by junior and mid-level staff Interacts with clients at a peer level

    Master’s Degree or equivalent education in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

    Professional Engineering Certification (in Marine Engineering or related discipline)
    with 12 years experience or 15 years of professional engineering experience (without certification) in naval ship design required

    Proficiency in using industry-standard mechanical system design and analysis software tools

    MS or higher in Marine or Mechanical Engineering. 1-15 years experience in design of shipboard propulsion and auxiliary systems, particularly HVAC. AUTOCAD experience preferred.
    Experience in piping systems engineering, specification development, and pressure drop calculations desired.

    U.S. Citizenship Required.

    Here are some short details about my last work of experience;
    I have five years experience in REYES & LIM Co., well known as CARGOMARINE CORPORATION, designated as Marine Technical Superintendent and Marine Surveyor in LPG Vessel carrier, Bulk Vessel carrier, ship structural condition surveyor, hull status and stability condition thru appraisal survey.

    As of now I am presently working here in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Planning and design consultants of FRP, GRP and Steel vessel boats Commercial and Pleasure Craft and ISO-ISM consultant. Newly acquired member of the Society of Naval Architect & Marine Engineers (SNAME No.26052).
