...summer load waterline...

    ...what is the quickest way to calculate position of the summer load waterline? Any software or excel file available?

    change the density water ,for sample atlantic sea water at 20 deg desentity is 1023 kg/m3 and at 30 deg density is 1020 kg/m3

    ...density allowances are one of many allowances and corrections that needs to be taken care of to calculate final position of the summer load waterline. I was looking for some software that could speed up the calculation a bit...why I need this ? Lloyd's, for example, based it's rule lenght on summer load waterline , and scantling calculations are directly dependent...vicious circle :)

    I bet a spreadsheet would be a useful tool in this. Do all your formulas at once referencing one or more cells with the variable(s) in them.
