    We can build this vessel,fiberglass hull with balsa core above the waterline and a vynil -ester skin coat, balsa cored deck to be fitted, rudder included, to be fitted,and solid fiberglass structural floors for about 1,000 hours and 20 drums of resin. So for about $40,000 all heavy glass work can be completed. As vessels of this size range from $700.000 to over a million, lots of room for "value added".
