urethane

    Hi. I would like to build a boat, using foam in the core.
    I am about to make the form in which i want to spray the foam.
    But the foam will stick on to the form, isn't that right ?
    What can I put between the foam and the form to prevent this. ??

    I don't think the foam you are referring to is structural. Also, the resin may disolve it depending on the chemical composition. The boat designer should have specified the type of foam.

    Er... seriously

    You can't build a boat that way!

    There are exellent links on this site to lots of information about building boats. Buy books on the subject or borrow at the library if available.

    Spray cores aren't really that good for boatbuilding anyway.
