There's the clue Stian. Out of work for six months - you're losing faith in your selfworth. (Christ I'm sounding like an agony aunt). But true. It's actualy frustrating. I can live with that a guy that did bether than me in school or has more or bether experience than me, but that a guy that is less experienced is geting it only because I don't speak Chinese is demotivating.
