The right software

    I am wanting to learn to design boats. I will be mostly self taught and am looking for the best software to work with. I have tried many demos and like the prolines program the best. Is this the best for a beginner to use or is there something better. Any suggestions that you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
