Still plodding along here The hull has been sitting undercover for the last 18 months. When I picked up the boat and brought it home I gave it a good pressure clean, since then Ive noticed small blisters exuding a tar like sticky substance. As I want to repaint the whole boat I was wondering if this stuff is going to bleed through my new paint.
    Cheers D
