Has anyone here got into rebuilding a Bruno hull. I am talking with a Bruno Stillman owner about rebuilding his boat. We are having some issues with his design . He has no bulkheads or stringers at all in the mid section of the vessel. And wants to keep it that way. It measures twenty two feet between bulkheads with no stringers. I know these are thick hulls. But I will not proceed until he puts stringers between bulkheads. Does anyone have any thoughts on this. This is not the balsa cored 55. Its solid glass. And its about 2 inches thick. But the shaft is 29 ft. The problem I see would be the twist in the boat effecting proper alignment. Anybody have any input on this ???
