    Welcome to the Forum NBG.
Do you have any side profile photos of the boat?
And maybe a bow view showing the hull shape?
Can you make out the serial number on the transom?
The first letters should help to identify the Builder, and the last two digits would be the year of construction.
She looks like she could be a type of 'bass boat' perhaps?

It has a registration number. You can track down all the information and get a copy of the title.

You need to talk to the Illinois Boating Law Administrator's Titling and Registration Officer ; Illinois - NASBLA https://www.nasbla.org/nasblamain/about-nasbla/boating-contacts/illinois
Look up that page. The person responsible for titling and registration is Tim Edwards. Call or e-mail (click on his name) If you have a registration number and proof you own the boat (a bill of sale) he can get you the info you need, assuming they have it. What I mean is if the boat hasn't been registered for a long long time, say 20 years or more they may not have that because back then they didn't title boats. and some states weren't even putting the HIN on the registration. Talk to him.
