Looking for performance information for a 2000 Monterey 322CR Cruiser with twin Mercruiser5.7L EFI and Bravo 3 drive.
Fuel burn at cruise is the big question.
    Thanks for the assist.

The best I could find s for a 302 cruiser with same engines. I owned two Montereys a 97 236 Montura with a 5.7 LX (250HP 4bbl carb) & a 98 262 Cruiser (7.4L MPI 310 HP). Small blocks will burn between 8-10 GPH around 3000-3100 RPM. I don't like to cruise much above that rpm if I can avoid it. The 302CR with twin 5.7EFI's burned the following:

    RPM MPH GPH Statute MPG
    2500 13.8 14.2 .97
    3000 24.7 15.8 1.80
    3500 36.5 20.8 1.75
    4000 42.4 27.0 1.57
    4500 47.0 39.0 1.21

The 322 is about 2,000 lbs heavier give or take so the speed will likely be a bit lower at the same RPM's. However fuel burn will be about the same at the respective RPM.

15.8 gallons per hour at 3,000 RPM sounds about right for twin 5.7's

Well it won't get the gas mileage my 21ft 4-Winns does with it's single 305-230 hp and two barrel carb that is for sure. I would guess you are going to spend easy a $150 or more an afternoon, give or take a couple gallons. Especially of those 5.7's are the 300, 335 or 350 HP. You just try hard to keep the RPM's under 3000 grand. My Sea Ray with twins (31ft) does best at 2600rpm! If I pour the coal to BABY she will drink me out of house and home, so I only run her quick like (over 4,000rpms) for no more than 1/2 mile on the lake. It can swallow 45 plus gallons an hour so I take it easy. I then go back to 2600 rpm like clock work. PS don't lose your gas credit card!!!
