I'm here in north florida. I would say the average rate would be $55.00 / hour

In Southern Europe 50 to 65 euro per hour for a shop with indoor work space..

    Off season rates are negotiable.

    Cowboys available for 25 euros

    Transom repair

What size is the boat? a transom job on an average 20 to 25 footer will run you around 2000$

I have seen prices in Florida from 15$ an hour all the way to 125$ an hour for fiberglass repairs. A good starting point for hiring someone doing fiberglass would be in the 45 to 95 $ an hour range. Anything above 95$ an hour they better be damn good and fast.
