    Hi
I am searching for someone to draw a complete set of new plans for a 1989
George Sutton 80 foot steel boat to allow the boat to enter commercial charters in Fiji .

We had a hull survey done in Alabama that ultrasonic testing measured the thickness of the hull and it tested at or near, "new specifications"

Boat was built in Florida by George Sutton boat works but late in its construction Mr Sutton contracted bone cancer and passed before completion and boat sat for over a year as the company went broke and the boatworks no longer exists.

Sorry for the long story but despite tracking down numerous people involved in the construction the plans have been either destroyed or simply thown out .
The Fijian authorities want complete drawings of the boat down to scantling plans.
I have attached the Fijian Government requirements for anybody who is interested.

The boat has no drawings or documents of any kind except for basic USCG Certificate Of Title.

I also ask for opinions from people who know on weather this is a mission impossible

    Thanks In advance

Seriously, you may want to think about bribery. Grease the skids.

Sounds like a major headache, but boats carrying paying passengers have to safe to be aboard. I'd be inclined to talk to a local marine surveyor in Fiji about the best way to proceed.

I wonder if this new post is about the same way-ward boat?

Because drawings of the boat make what is sitting in the water safe... how?

I bet they would accept a boat drawn on a hundred dollar bill. ;)

    No Sir
The 80 ft 1989 was for 150 K on ebay

The 26m 1986 they were asking a million USD but the reduced it now
