The Marketplace Forums can be useful for members who know one another well from forum discussions and offline communications and wish to post boatbuilding tools, drafting tools, molds and tooling, and other professional equipment for sale or trade. However, caution and good judgement should always be used. Especially when considering any business with anyone not already well known to you and trusted, due diligence must be used to confirm details and identity and be sure the transaction is safe before any money or property changes hands. Always use good judgement and perform due dilligence and follow these guidelines.

Selling two project boats, open to offers......

The first is a 16' Sappelle Lake Boat....boat is stitch-n-glue, 1/2 plywood bottom, 3/8 5 ply sides. Padauk and Light Mahogany strips are laminated to the hull as gunnels, three seats also made from Sappelle, transom is cut for an outboard, flat bottom with 4" forward rocker. Finish it up and you'll have a very nice boat! I would like to get $2500 for it, but I'm open to offers.

The second is an older fiberglass speed/ski boat without a motor, controls or interior. There is a trailer included. I bought the boat to fix up, discovered the transom needs to be refinished/replaced and I never found the time. No title is available for both the boat and trailer.....Asking $1000 or make me an offer.
