George Sutton, Designer - boat builder

    Does anyone have any more information regarding George Sutton, steel boat builder from Tarpon Springs and then St Augustine? I can find very little about him on the web. Did he both design and build? If he designed, what were his successful designs, and if only a builder, does anyone know what type of boats, and how long he was in the business of building? What was his reputation as a builder? The subject came up when I came across a steel schooner in the Caribbean, definitely BUILT by GS, but reportedly also designed by him. Any leads or info are appreciated.
