China 10$ SQM Kevlar equals 10-15 times of Glass fiber ?

    I found at alibaba that 1 square meters wide kevlar rowing is 10 dollars.
    I read it is 10 times stronger than glass fiber.
    My Turkish glass fiber source is a open shop near to sea and sells 1 kilograms of 800 grams glass rowing for 4 dollars or so.
    I read moisture and no care makes glass fiber times weaker.

    Can I build a stronger , lighter and cheaper boat with 10 dollars kevlar , polyester and 0.3mm aluminum - 1 sqm 3 dollars - composite ?
