Next summer , I am going to have an windsurf and 25 persons life raft inflatable as a home at med coast. Liferaft will stay on shore as long as possible and it will be fouling. I want to coat the bottom with copperboat antifouling. Is it possible ? Does coating tear the uncoated area with its weight ?
May be I should cover the bottom with fiberglass ? Which one works ? Can liferaft textile withstand to epoxy or polyester ?

I am sorry Mustafaumu, but I am totally baffled by your post.
Are you going to be living in / on the 25 person inflatable liferaft?
You say that the liferaft will stay 'on shore' as long as possible - do you really mean that it will be 'afloat' as long as possible, hence the fouling?
There are some special paints for inflatable craft available, but I am not sure if there are any antifouling paints specifically for inflatables.
I do not think that you should try to cover the bottom of the liferaft with fibreglass - that will not work!

And what is the significance of the windsurfer?

Fine copper dust could be added to a flexible paint, but if you are living on it in warm weather you can apply lanolin every 2 to 3 weeks and have no fouling.
