I've never seen a design like this. It's like a backwards Riva. Would it even be smart to have the bow that open, looks like it could be a wet ride.

I don't know the boat, maybe it's some kind of tender, the flag looks a kind of Italian to me, and as far as I can read it the boat's name is Shasa.

Note Google's search by image is misleading here as says it's a picture from Slim Aarons' summer series because it's many times attributed to him on the web because of the style.

In reality it's a picture of the spring summer 2012 (spare link) ad campaign of Morris Stockholm, the girl is the Swedish fashion model Klara Wester (spare link), don't know the boy scouts.

Maybe Morris Stockholm or Klara herself can lead you to the boat or any info about it.

It does not appear to be a planing hull, to me. Narrows quite a bit aft, and a round corner on the transom at the waterline.

    Re: post #1 . . . .
A nowadays version of that kind of layout in a different boat type can be found in the Walth 1050, I don't know what the SOR (Statement of Requirements) for this boat was, but it seems if one comes up with whatever SOR, and can afford it, then Walth (= Dutch yard) will build it...

    Walth 1050: - Short Specs (= PDF) - - Gallery -

From the last video; the first two below translated quotes are from the yard owner Wouter Snoek, the last one is from the reporter...

    0:41 to 0:55
‘‘ The average building time for one boat (no type specified) is about 8 months with 3 people full time ’’

    1:06 to 1:22
    ‘‘ Fuel consumption (Walth 1050) is about 200 L gas per hour at 130+ km/h ’’

    1:23 to 1:31
    ‘‘ The cheapest Walth (the 800) is about € 250 K, the one you see here (the 1050) is about € 500 K ’’
