I have read dave gerr's book about calculating basic shell thickness for hand-lay up methode. Can you give me formula to calculating basic shell thickness for vacuum infusion?

    Thanks you..

You need to specify resin/glass ratio. The pressure you use will make a huge difference in the ratio. Otherwise, you can design to a specific ratio and then experiment to get it. A thinner laminate will be more flexible, so the whole structural design will be completely different from anything you find in Gerr's book.
