What kind of hull is this??

    Hello guys, got confused about this hull design, is not tri or cathedral hull, nor I could make this hull into any category. But it can take a heavy live load and travels fairly well in shallow and plain water. Any idea. I had previous post about this hull shape, but the shape is getting weirder day by day.

    Looks like a shallow draft river ferry boat. If you ask me it has too many decks on it and looks vulnerable to overloading. If it were caught in a storm it could spell disaster. The photo below illustrates my point.
