waterski and wakeboard tow boat

    A few dayz ago, I took order 1waterski towboat and 2wakeboard tow boat.
    But i have no experience of designing them.
    As far as i heard, It is very important to design the hull bottom plate which makes useful wake for boarder.
    So i think that the curve line shape of bottom of boat is important.
    So i intended to make the boats with FRP.
    But boat owner want me to make them with aluminum.
    It it possible to make them with aluminum?
    How do i design?..
    Cause bending alminum is very hard..

    I need experienced designer's advice.
    Or where can I find informative data regarding towboat design?
