    Hello,

I am in the process of building my own DIY homebrew surface drive for my 28' Chris Craft express cruiser.

I am installing a single 230hp @ 2500 rpm Cummins 6BT. I am looking for any and all suppliers for props? Please let me know of any surface prop suppliers you can know of.

Thanks in advance for your help.
    ~Jim

P.S. : I'll post progress on this project as it happens for those who are interested.

What diameter and pitch are looking for?

I may have one for you.

Sorry I haven't replied, I had just about given up on hearing somthing here. I think I need a 22-24" diameter, and a 16" pitch. Let me know what you have.
    Thanks.

There is a good paper on propeller sizing on the rolla web site.

    Hey Quick,

How about a little more info?

    Weight of boat?
    Waterline length?
    Gear ratio?

I have a calculator that might help on size.

and yes I am very intersted in following your project. I used to have a set of fixed surface drives on my boat.

    Thanks,

    Steve
