    Hi Guys,

First hope all have a good day!
I am preparing a stability report for a barge engaging in lifting, i know there is criteria for lifting such as NSCV criteria in maxsurf criterias, i am just wondering for the lifting load in the criteria (like 60 t in 45 m above deck and 20 m horizontal form stowage),do i still need to put this load in the worst coordination in the load case window or do i just place the load on the stowage point? kind of thinking that the Maxsurf will double the lifting load and will come out with the wrong result.
    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers!

What is the purpose of the stability report? Is it to prevent "incidents" when the barge is lifting? If so why would the worst case conditions not be covered?
