Hi, that could be sorted but it may not be the dimension you want. Do you have an idea of the size of the ship, say 103m and is it an FPSO, naval ship or what type of model are you considering to use? I will be happy to send you what you may need. Also do you know the file format for what you need if IGES, Steel, parasolid, OBJ, or Solidworks part file. However, if for ANSYS AQWA, it uses shell bodies. The format you need will be based on the physics of what you want to use it for.

If you want to use it for a presentation, probably you will need a fully rendered file in Revit, VRAY, 3dMax or Lumion... or Blender. But if you want one for a mechanical analysis, it will be in a different format. Your request is quite simple, because รค simulation drawing about a ship in ANSYS is plenty. I can send you these JPG files too.

Let me know the particular format, and whay ANSYS module you are using it on, and the version too.

Just note: If you are sharing the resources at the same time with another heavy software, say ANSYS Fluent, Orcaflex, CFX, Lumion, Solidworks, VRAY, Revit, CATIA or SOLIDWORKS, it is bound to be slow, except it is a super computer like a Workstation or u are using a HPC.

Secondly, there is a tweek that helps. Switch it to beta mood too. In ANSYS Workbench, go to Tools>> Options>> Appearance>> Beta Option. Then click OK. This should be fine and should help you solve your problem. See the attached pictures to help you. Thirdly, If the PC is slow, I also suggest you do a restart of the system to clear stack memory.

Check it again, and let me know how it goes. I use ANSYS AQWA and Orcaflex for my designs and analysis.
