A little more description of what you had to do, and why would be more interesting.

This Shark - english hulls- needs a complete redecking. Since the bottoms had been painted with ablative paint, I decided to start with the paint removal. I used a shop vac on the sander and PPE to minimize exposure to the dust.
The hulls were in good shape, although the bows needed repairs , and there were the expected grooves and a few small gelcoat cracks. Longboard sanded to ensure hulls were fair, and put the primer on to help protect it through the rest of the work.

The bridge will be rebuilt entirely, new decks and cockpit as well. Beams will be inspected, as well as all internal wood. I cant wait to get the decks off, as this Shark seems to have been built very light.
