I am planning to go into 6.5 m RIB Production and need advice ( lots of it , actually) from you all.

First - The hull form - I decided on a series 65-b SNAME hull form , which is a deep V with high sheer at for'd and a number of flat chine strips all along. Supposed to be good in wavy seas too.

Second - Construction - If the target is to make them in large numbers, is it worthwhile to make it by Vacuum Infusion technique? Where do I find good guidelines on this?

I believe the joining of the inflatable with the hull and the lifting points are the most common areas of failure ( feedback from the coast guards). Suggestions?

Third : I am planning to make one prototype first and go through the pains before I embark on it. all suggestions/ideas/advice are welcome.

Looking forward to hearing from all of you.
