    Hi,

I am starting the design of an Open 650 for a senior design project. Does anyone know where I could get a copy of the current class rules. The US Skippers association wants 100US for access to them. Thanks

Alta Vista won't be good enough. The rules are too technical. Perhaps the $100 is cheap in the overall scope of your project.
