    Hello...

I am not fond of pretty pictures but I am fond of the detail and construction quality information that goes into this 'guys' work...

Yes - this is a plug - because I appreciate the 'less is more' - the 'God is in the details' - and the Van De Rohe - 'dignity of sitting' - that goes into this work...

    See http://www.3dshiparts.com/ ...

I just pulled 13 hours to make real stations out of a drawing Emailed to us by a designer who thought same was good enough for a full sized loft or for full sized mylars to be sent out - what was sent to us - was a fragmented - 'push button' - projection to a Cplane - it was GARBAGE - I am tired of this - it devalues any work done by people who actually BUILD boats...

Perhaps the designers devalue the builders and do not assume that the builder just might have some people 'in house' who can reverse engineer from the fragmented information that the designer releases in the hope for another contract...

This practise ultimately devalues the entire industry in the eyes of the owners - who are paying the bills...

It leaves the owners scrambling around for a 'demon they can trust' - I am sick of it...

As for this 3D shiparts 'guy' - grand work - thanks for sharing same...

    Fantastic work...

    SH.
