Nicely done. You don't show all the hours you spent sanding though ;). What is the weight of the finished boat?

GONZO no matter how many hours we do to achieve a correct product. Remember is handmade, the total weight will be 2200 pounds without the engine and the speed of 78-80 miles with evinrude 300 v8

How do you figure out how to make the inflatable tubes?

Is there so little stretch to the fabric you can treat it almost like sheet-metal, as far as cutting the patterns?

I would think making the inflatable part of a one of a kind custom RIB would be a real challenge and require lots of skill and experience, because unlike a production model you wouldn't be dialing it in with some trial and error.

How does this boat's lines look against standard production models.

It seems a bit more sleek and racy. :)

right questions! not do not like the sheet metal but knowing that the elasticity of the fabric when the rise at 3.5 psi is 10-11% and the dimension we know that we will have final result! Certainly it is quite difficult as it is original and certainly requires great experience for the construction of! After that there will be the original production line however will be ship cruise but with the same hull !
