    Hi Everyone

I am looking for injectable PU or PVC (or any other you can recommend) foam which I hope to inject into a 3m long mould. Some key properties I am looking for is:

    - Density – somewhere between 35-60 kg/m3
    - Short cure time – in the mould
    - As low internal mould pressure as possible – I’m hoping to be able to use composite moulds
    - Low shrinkage when cured
    - Temp/fire/sound properties not prior

This method if possible will save me a lot of time, when I don’t have to mill each divinycell block by hand.

    Thankful for any comment.

Are you asking about something like Z-Plex?

    http://www.3tex.com/

They are making a large hovercraft out of it.

    Thanks kach22i, but no.

I'm hoping to pre-cast the foam core before i laminate around it.
