Hello, im working on inflatable boat but i have a problem with baffle construction. I have a couple of questions.

    - if its best to do is as a cone or semicircle shape

    - how to glue the baffle on a tube with tape on both sides.

    - if the bottom of the baffle have to be straight or cutted into radius

    - how to calculate the size of baffle

I will really appreciate help i when i will finish my tubes i can share my experience too

You may have to experiment on a piece of scrap. I don't have any other solution than trial and error method. :(

For sizing figure the inside diameter of the tube and make the circular plate that size plus ears to glue.
