I need some help on commercial Deck Barge design

    Hi Folks!

    Am a newbie here and I need some help with a detailed design in CAD for a commercial deck barge with the Specifications below.

    BARGE TYPE: DECK BARGE
    CLASS: ABS
    LOA: 250 FEET
    BREADTH (MOLDED): 80 FEET
    DEPTH (MOLDED): 16 FEET
    DWT: 5,300 TONS APPROX.
    GRT: 2305
    NRT: 692
    DECK STRENGTH: 15 TONS / M2
    SCANTLINGS: TOP 18 MM / SIDE 12 MM
    NO. OF BULKHEADS: 2 LONGITUDINAL / 7 TRANSVERSE
    NO. OF MANHOLES: 24
    NO. OF STANCHIONS: 23 AT STARBOARD / 23 AT PORT SIDE
    BALLASTABLE: NA
    WELDING: DOUBLE CONTINUOUS WELD (FULL WELD CONSTRUCTION)
    NUMBER OF TANKS: 24 (INTERNALLY COATED WITH TAR EPOXY PAINT, EACH TANK FITTED WITH 1 MANHOLE AND 1 VERTICAL LADDER)
    NUMBER OF BOLLARDS: 8 (4 SETS TWIN BITT TYPE EACH SIDE)
    ANCHOR: 1 X 900 KG ANCHOR C/W A MANUAL ANCHOR WINCH
    TYRE FENDER: SUFFICIENT PIECES OF TYRE FENDER ALL AROUND
    TOWING BRACKETS: 2 SETS EACH AT BOW AND STERN C/W CHAFFING
    PAINTING: JOTUN PAINTS FOR EXTERNAL HULL & INTERNAL
    ANODES: FITTED FOR HULL EXTERIOR CORROSION PROTECTION
    DECK: 16 MM.

    I will like to get opinions from anyone who can provide me the design in CAD or suggest a resourceful website for this exercise. Please see the attached photo for reference.
