Immediate initial 3 month contract available in Egypt for an experienced fairer/painter. Through hands-on training and management of an existing local fairing team of 14. The Yacht has been glassed and fairing compound applied, but to get that final level of finish quality expected for a 40m M/Y it requires some additional hands-on training of the local team by an experienced fairer and painter. Possible long-term employment if also able to do plugs/moulds. Arabic is not required as a translator will be provided.

    Not nasty ...just childish ;)

Actually the whole of the sampan has already been faired 3 times ..and it is pretty good, but I would like to get an even higher quality finish ;)

Jahhh, understand, we children, we know in advance what the final result has to look like. And we do´nt assume a pro to be able to teach 14 people between the final touch and delivery.

Jahhh, I do expect a find a pro at mentoring being able to improve the final quality of a team of 14 fairers who have faired and painted numerous 30m-40m boats ...but I do'nt assume they will get it perfect ..just improved ;) But then maybe I am deluding myself ...but if don't try, then no chance of success ;)
