    Oh no please. It is so much more fun to tickle such a brilliant brain as yours here, where we got so bright response!
    Quite interesting you quote Schopenhauer. Did you understand what he wanted to tell you?
    By accident you addressed that quote to exactly those, which are the ones with the highest IQ here on the board. (around 150)

    You would have better taken Pierres advice.
    Failed, as usual.:p

    Look Vepera I was dead serious about putting it out there.

    Getting the piggy to market involves a lot of cash and commitment. A very valid approach is to document your ideas with clear undisputable evidence. Not necessarily the patent route but clear evidence you were the first. Then put it out there on the internet. Once again its dated.

    Now a very vaild approach when you have zero dollars is letting your competition do all the work, spend all the money and develop all the market. Then you rush in with a me-to product for less money because you have no developmental costs and overhead to recover. There you sit with a valid iron clad challenge to any patent they might have filed. Now you are in the way and they will probably buy you just to wipe the slate clean. It's much easier to find seed money when there is far less risk

    In this approach you need little money and have minimal risk but you probably won't see that as your mind is polluted with conspiracy ideas. You will only move ahead when you drop the idea that everything is a conspiracy. Money is its own conspiracy and for every little conspiracy there is an equal and opposite one to balance the system out. What I proposed is in itself a little conspriacy against the big boys. You had better learn how the system works or you will be broke forever.

    Pierre, you're too kind. Haven't you seen a fruit loop before? This guy's off the chart, his business model is absurd and his mind set isn't not remotely close to what might be required for success. He's too busy looking over his shoulder to see what's ahead of him.

    Pierre.
    You are absolutely right about all your advises, but I already talked about the rules in brazil, and these rules allied to a strange behavior, like some people on thread and other threads, have no other name but sabotage. To help you understand what I'm saying: when Bic copied my patent, I send them a very rude letter, because I got mad with the copy of my invention and the fact that it had been awarded. But after that, I tried a proficuous contact with Bic, and they refused to sell yakka here, despite the strange option to lose the brazilian market.
    I'm open to all entreprises, but the enterprises don't seem to be open to me. In brazil a lot of enterprises show interest in the begining, but later they prefer to wait for the extinction of my patent (and the brazilian patent institute stimulates and teaches this behavior). I already talked about this. I tried to produce it, but suddenly enterprises that I was in contact with, refused, even being with cash money to pay!!!
    This patent is certainly mine, it's from Oct. 1997, Bic's patent is from Dec. 2004. I only started do show my invention after Feb. 2004 because I know the corruption here in brazil, when my patent had already been granted, the patent itself (in Sep. 2003) and the certificate of addition (in Feb. 2004). Since that date, I'm looking for a partnership or any other negotiation. I have a lot of designs to the industries, have all in plotable projects, they are easy to be made with stereolitograph. The enterprises don't need to lose much money with development, the common method (rotomolding) is very easy, the other methods, like Expanded Styrofoan (EPS) is easy too. Blowing technics like (PET) polietilene tereftalat is very cheap (a preform of a 20L bottle costs around 3 dollars), and the preform of my invention has three to four times the size of this preform, and the same amount of parts. In this case, a mold to make the preform is needed, it costs around 500 dollars, because I make its matrix, and I only need the foundry, all the matrix I make, the mold to blow the final unit costs around 3 000 dollars. All the material costs are cheap!! The enterprises will not have big cost, and on the other hand, they will produce around 200 vehicles per day in PET, using only one manual single blowing machine operated by only one person. It is also possible to produce around 2000 pieces in EPS in automatic expansor (is the same machine that makes a styrofoam absorber to pack household appliances).
    This vehicles can be sold for 30 dollars!! And in places where boats have never been able to be sold, in small shop. It's possible to stored in short space. A family shopping that looks at this vehicle in PET, transparent like colored jellyfish, cheap like a Tshirt, and small enough to fit three in a small trunk car, will buy it. If you see in my gallery and youtube movie, I put one boat (prototype), two surfboards, two skates (that is impossible to see) a galon, many other stuff and two persons in a cherokee trunk, with extended bed, not because of the boat, but because of the surfboards.
    With the money of one cheap kayak it is possible to buy five of my invention.
    So the costs of development of my invention, I already payed; the constructive methods, I already developed; the market viability, I can say, that I have a lot of letters making orders (including the letter of a dealer, who is one of the biggest enthusiasts of kayaks in brazil) and people in foruns (also here). Besides, I always had a boat, I lost two in a harbor, they were stolen and broken (and the harbor never assumed the guilt). So I chose to have a boat only in my apartment, and my invention is the best for apartment dwellers. All Bic's yakka merchandising has the same text that I did in my sites (since my first), I'm not sayng that it copied this too, but because it is the logic of my invention. It's the only way to have a boat in an apartment, or inside a car. No watercraft of the world is as practical as my invention..
    Those questions made me paranoid, not because I'm crazy, but because if it is so easy to do, to sell, to store, to assemble and to trailer, why doesn't any enterprise wants to produce it, and why the only one that made it (and was awarded for this), Bic, doesn't want to do business with me???
    Do you have an idea??:confused::confused::confused:

    Look Vepara, you think lik a poor man you gonna be a poor man. Brazil has got a system but you seem hell bent on fighting it rather than figuring out how to join that conspiracy. Until you do, you gonna be POOR Yeah git it! Ever thang you said is all Booolshit.
