    Hi there!
    Does anyboy know where bulding plans for such nice old fisherman of approx 12 mt. length could be available?

    Those designs are still being built on the mid and lower Eastern coast of the US. The best designer I know of is Glen Haught. You may call any of the boatbuilders in Wanchese or Mann's Harbor, North Carolina and ask for his contact number.
