    Not sure exactly, but I imagine they are just being careful because it involves rockets and submarines.

    If you follow the above link to "somethingawful.com" you can see they built the entire submarine, rocket, and catamaran from scratch. It really would be 3 pretty significant pieces of accomplishment in their own right. But combined it is a doozie.
