    You mean floated ? I think you are being a touch premature, if the frames don't snugly contact the skin, it is likely to cause problems at a later time, and especially after use in rough water.

    Thank you all for the above feedbacks wich were most welcome and highly appreciated. Just to let you know the aluminium boat I did design has been successfully launched and tested at water. Speed was good and boat the looks very beautiful and good. It is a first ever design and building of a high quality leisure sport aluminium boat for series production in Romania. There have been in the Baltic countries and in Russia but unil today none in Romania. Now there is a good aluminiuum boat builder I did inspire tutor and design the boat for :)
