    Those pumps look very useful for a lot of things.

    Magnetic pumps are how they're making the new type heart pumps, so you end up with no pulse. I guess hearts can only pump in surges since muscles can only contract and relax, but apparently the body doesn't care how the blood gets pumped around, just so it gets around is what matters.
