Margined "standard" right & left" 4 X 3/4 ply straight edge clamped. 1/4" spiral cut router bit set to with in 1/8" of inside makes for easy Hulling out with Sharpened flat bar. Initial glass cut was made with a osculating type saw and plunged to the inner skin.
