Hi boaters, I need some place to look for a problem that my power trim bleeds down after a hour or so? It is an 12 volt electric over hydrolic. I have no visable leaks? Is there a check valve of some sorts? It's a SP CD trim Volvo I/O. Thanks, as I'm not to much of a boat mechanic, AJ

If you don't see any oil leaks, it is an internall problem. The system needs to be pressure tested to isolate the problem. It can be one of the rams or the pump.
