viewing cmmercial t.v channel directly from satelite

    [FONT="Arial Black"][/FONT] IS it immpossibe to view a commercial telivision though ur in a open sea .. i think it is not so heard question . it is all the work of a system which can stabilize the roll and pitch of the ship perfectly.[/SIZE[/COLO.R]] Though it is a :?: :?: experiment but it is not a heard process but it is much waited option for them who are living in open sea for a long time . it is aquestion of commercial interest as well as millitery .. waiting for ur interest and replys..:?: :!:

    There are azimuth trackers available- http://www.follow-me-tv.com/ for instance- that can keep the dish pointed at the satellite regardless of the ship's heading. Simple trackers handle azimuth only, and you change the dish altitude manually as you go to different latitudes. For a LOT more money you can have a 2-axis tracker that will keep it pointed right with no manual help. Don't expect any of them to work well when the boat is rolling around a lot though.
    As a side note, don't bother with HTML on here, even when it works it just makes things hard to read on the board.
